At the moment I'm a one-person product team with an obvious staffing problem. Product, design, engineering, testing, release—and sometimes the annoying person who asks whether anyone needs the thing.

The products on my desk span language learning, personal reflection, safety, and a few experiments that do not have a neat category yet. The subjects look unrelated. The job is usually the same: make the problem less fuzzy, fool myself a little less, and turn a demo into something that keeps working.

I don't believe AI makes judgment obsolete. It can do a lot of work; it can also describe unfinished work with tremendous confidence. So I spend a lot of time defining boundaries, asking what the evidence actually proves, and keeping the right to stop.

Before this I worked across product, engineering, and teams building education and digital-service products. Useful context, not an identity.

I wrote long, beginner-friendly tutorials on Zhihu, then went quiet for years. I want to write again before every thought gets turned into a product spec. Finished arguments go to Writing. Smaller observations, wrong turns, and things still moving go to Notes.
